Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner while maintaining an organized and detail-oriented front desk presence.

• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and relay messages accurately.

• Provide front office and concierge-style assistance by helping guests navigate the facility and addressing general questions.

• Coordinate check-in activities, monitor visitor flow, and support smooth day-to-day reception operations.

• Handle administrative support tasks such as documenting messages, updating basic records, and assisting with general office needs.

• Maintain a clean, orderly reception area that reflects a positive and detail-oriented environment.

• Respond promptly to inbound calls and walk-in requests while balancing multiple priorities throughout the day.

• Experience or interest in receptionist and front desk support in a detail-oriented setting.
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone or switchboard system with confidence and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-focused and welcoming approach.
• Comfortable managing inbound calls, routing information, and taking detailed messages.
• Ability to stay organized and composed while handling several tasks at once.
• Detail-oriented demeanor and reliability when interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Open to candidates with 0+ years of experience who demonstrate strong service and communication abilities.
