Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) - Baltimore, MD (Hybrid) Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week)
Travel: 10-20% (regional and national)
Compensation Range: $110,000 - $155,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC system design and develop a growing mechanical design team. This position requires both technical excellence and leadership ability, as well as experience designing systems for institutional, healthcare, and federal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design HVAC systems and perform energy/load calculations
• Conduct system surveys and write technical specifications
• Oversee QA/QC and ensure code compliance
• Manage and mentor junior engineers
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
• PE license required
• Minimum 10 years of HVAC design experience
• U.S. Citizenship with clearance eligibility
• Revit, AutoCAD, and Trace 700/IES proficiency
• 2+ years of project management experience (preferred)
