Role: Registered Nurse in a long-term and post-acute care facility. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered nursing care. Administer medications and treatments effectively. Monitor resident conditions and update care plans accordingly. Supervise support staff to ensure quality care delivery. Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate residents and families about care plans and health management. Qualifications & Skills Current valid RN license.
