Passenger Assistant Agent- Wheelchair

Overview The Passenger Assistant Agent assists passengers with mobility needs throughout the airport terminal, providing wheelchair transportation and customer support for passengers from check‑in through boarding, connections, arrival, and baggage claim. Pay Range: $12‑$13 per hour. Role Purpose Support passengers requiring mobility assistance, ensuring a safe, courteous, and professional experience. What You Will Be Doing Assist passengers requiring wheelchair or mobility assistance throughout the airport Transport passengers safely between ticket counters, security checkpoints, gates, baggage claim, and connecting flights Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning aircraft when required Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to passengers and families Assist elderly passengers, individuals with disabilities, and travelers requiring special assistance Handle wheelchairs and mobility equipment safely and properly Coordinate with gate agents, airline staff, and airport personnel to ensure timely passenger assistance Respond promptly to wheelchair service requests and maintain efficient passenger flow Assist with light baggage handling when necessary Follow all airport safety procedures, airline policies, and TSA regulations Report operational concerns, passenger incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly Maintain professionalism, patience, and sensitivity while assisting passengers Perform other duties as requested Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance You have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the health, safety, and wellbeing of yourself and others.
