Warehouse Associate

Position: Warehouse Associate Location: Buford, GA Schedule: Monday-Friday, HOURS: 6:00am to 4:00pm Who We Are West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. Purpose of Position A Warehouse Associate will assist the Warehouse Manager in everything pertaining to shipping, receiving, supplies, consumables, daily installation tasks, and building/fleet maintenance. Key Role Accountabilities Manage Shipping & Receiving: Inspect deliveries for damage, verify quantities and materials against bills of lading and packing slips, document discrepancies, and route goods to the appropriate departments. Maintain Inventory & Supplies: Monitor consumable inventory levels, conduct periodic physical counts, distribute supplies, and ensure trucks are properly stocked with necessary tools. Support Daily Installations: Stage paperwork and materials for upcoming jobs, provide necessary tools and supplies, and deliver parts or materials to job sites as needed. Maintain Warehouse & Facility: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; perform light building maintenance and assist with snow and ice removal as needed. Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: Follow and promote safety protocols, maintain regular in-person attendance, communicate discrepancies to leadership, and work overtime as needed. Compensation The approximate hourly pay range for this position is $19-22/per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
