Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
Active Idaho State Occupational Therapy License required to start the position
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred
Ability to document patient progress and develop treatment plans in accordance with facility policies
Must be able to work Day shift schedule
Must be available for a Kelly temp-to-perm assignment
