Work Schedule & Compensation Shift: Third, 6 PM – 6 AM (12‑hour shifts) Facility operates 24 hours with a 2‑2‑3 shift sequence, differential pay for nights and weekends Contract: 6 months with potential for extension and full‑time conversion Pay: $22 – $25 per hour Required Education: Associate degree (preferred 2 years AA in Sciences) Traits for Success Self‑starter with high professionalism and ethic Adaptability to changing needs and demands Positive and motivated attitude Mechanical aptitude Experience with process automation systems Able to lift 25 + lbs Job Responsibilities cGMP, aseptic, and GDP compliance required Perform manufacturing activities according to SOPs, solution lot records, and batch production records Troubleshoot processes and mechanics Operate both automated and manual processes Perform calculations related to biomanufacturing Use process automation and software systems (e.g., DeltaV, MyCIMS, Syncadem) Upstream / Cell Culture Mammalian cell culture & harvest Operate shake flasks, WAVE bags, centrifuges, and stainless‑steel bioreactors up to 15,000 L Perform thaws and splits utilizing aseptic technique Glasswasher operations Inoculation and bioreactor handling Daily sampling and integrity testing Downstream / Purification Column chromatography Centrifugation Viral filtration Ultra‑filtration Autoclave and glasswasher usage Education & Experience Preferred: 2 years AA in Sciences with 6 + months related experience Must have: Biowork background and high school diploma with 1 + years experience At least 1 year of cGMP and aseptic experience Experience with upstream‑downstream processes, cell culture, purification preferred Associate degree in sciences preferred Excellent work ethic and high professionalism Physical ability for manual lifting and standing up to 10 hours Equal Opportunity Employer Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
