Physical Therapist
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a contract travel position in Salisbury, MD. This role focuses on providing high-quality physical therapy treatment in a home health environment. Candidates must possess relevant experience and licensure to support a comprehensive care plan for patients.

Key responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include:
- Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician referrals
- Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures
- Review patient records for relevant medical history and precautions
- Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans
- Reassess and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family
- Consult with medical providers regarding treatment and patient progress
- Recommend and secure adaptive equipment for patients
- Maintain and submit documentation according to regulations
- Adhere to professional practice standards and legal regulations
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
- Participate in staff development programs and obtain continuing education
Requirements of the Physical Therapist include:
- MD PT license
- Home health experience
- Knowledge of HCHB & Oasis
