Delivery Health, Executive Reporting & Adoption - Maintain transparent visibility into delivery progress, financial performance, capacity, risks, dependencies, decisions, and value realization. - Prepare and deliver executive updates, steering committee materials, governance reporting, and clear recommendations on scope, phasing, investment, and delivery trade-offs. - Partner with change management, training, communications, Product, and business teams to drive adoption of data platforms, services, products, and new ways of working. - Define and track measurable outcomes, adoption targets, and success criteria to support sustained value beyond implementation. Job Requirements - Core Program Delivery Experience - 10+ years of program and project management experience in complex enterprise environments, including leadership of large, multi-workstream technology programs. - 5+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, data platform, or data transformation initiatives. - Proven experience leading initiatives across multiple technology teams, business areas, and external delivery partners. - Experience operating in Agile, product-focused, SAFe, or hybrid delivery environments. - Demonstrated ownership of program financials, forecasting, capacity planning, governance, and executive reporting. Data & Analytics Domain Experience - Working knowledge of enterprise data platforms, cloud data ecosystems, data warehouses, lakehouse concepts, data products, and shared data services. - Experience leading data risk, privacy, retention, records management, test data management, or other regulatory remediation initiatives involving multiple systems and accountable business and technology owners. - 3+ years of experience leading or supporting non-production data protection initiatives, including data masking, tokenization, de-identification, synthetic data generation, or comparable controls across development, test, and UAT environments. - Experience with data integration and ETL/ELT delivery, migration, source-to-target dependencies, reconciliation, and downstream consumption. - Understanding of data governance, stewardship, quality, metadata, lineage, security, privacy, and operational support models. - Ability to connect delivery decisions across the end-to-end data lifecycle, from upstream sources through platforms and transformation layers to analytical, financial, actuarial, operational, and AI consumers. Technical Fluency - Demonstrated ability to work directly and credibly with engineers, architects, product leaders, security teams, and operations teams. - Ability to understand platform, integration, data flow, environment, testing, migration, and operational-readiness concepts at a working level. - Ability to identify technical risks and dependencies, ask informed questions, challenge assumptions, and uncover delivery gaps. Leadership & Communication - Strong executive presence, written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to influence without authority, navigate competing priorities, manage conflict constructively, and drive alignment and timely decisions. - Ability to translate technical concepts, trade-offs, and risks into business outcomes and clear recommendations. Education & Certifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. - PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or comparable program/project management certification preferred. - SnowPro Core Certification, CDMP, DP-900 certification preferred. Soft Skills - Strong problem framing, critical thinking, sound judgment, and practical solution development. - Outcome-oriented ownership with the initiative to move beyond passive coordination and maintain momentum through ambiguity. - Ability to balance strategic context with detailed execution and to adapt quickly as priorities, dependencies, or delivery conditions change. - Strong analytical discipline, risk awareness, continuous improvement orientation, and attention to delivery quality. - Prior experience with a major consulting firm or in a consulting engagement leadership role is a plus. Equivalent enterprise platforms are also relevant: - Program and portfolio management: Planview - Agile delivery and work management: Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent - Data platforms: Snowflake or comparable cloud data platform - Data integration and governance: Informatica, Collibra, or equivalent - Reporting and analytics: Power BI or equivalent - Enterprise collaboration and productivity: Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint - IT service management and operational readiness: ServiceNow or equivalent Desired Skills & Experience - - Experience leading large-scale data transformation, cloud data platform, data modernization, or shared data service initiatives. - Experience delivering data programs that enable analytics, AI, regulatory reporting, financial reporting, actuarial use cases, or enterprise decision-making. - Experience establishing sustainable privacy-by-design, data retention, disposition, and test data governance practices in complex regulated environments. - Ability to balance platform buildout with practical migration, integration, adoption, and operational-readiness outcomes. - Track record of sustaining momentum and value realization across long-running, multi-year transformation programs. - Financial services or insurance experience, particularly in regulated environments with audit, compliance, privacy, security, and operational resiliency considerations. - Experience coordinating major systems integrators or implementation partners and holding delivery teams accountable for outcomes. - Working knowledge of ERP ecosystems and the data dependencies between enterprise platforms and downstream consumers. #LI-NL1 #LI-Onsite skills:
