Hours: Monday-Thursday 10:00 to 7:00 Friday 10:00 to 6:00 Saturday 10:00-5:00 Sunday-Off Voss Chevrolet Used Cars Offers: Competitive Salary 2 weeks vacation after first year Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401 K Sick Leave Pay Continuous training Essential Duties: Work towards guaranteeing ultimate customer service satisfaction Sells/leases and delivers the minimum number of units per month required by the dealership Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom and/or sales lot Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Explains product performances, application, and benefits to prospects Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase Offers test drivers to all prospects. Follows dealership procedures to obtain customers' proper identification before a test drive Records required information about each customer into the dealer-provided Customer Relations Management System on a daily basis Utilizes the Customer Relations Management System to develop and maintain customer database on a daily basis Knows and understands equity and values, and is able to explain depreciation to the customer. Knowledge comes from used car managers appraising vehicles and passing on information to salespersons Qualifications and Skills: Must be 18 years of age Must have a valid driver's license Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport-building Knowledge and passion for vehicles A welcoming and friendly demeanor Must be able to pass a background and drug test Interested?
