Human Resources Manager

Our client is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead key people operations in Pearland, TX. This role will oversee employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and talent support while helping build a positive and well-structured workplace. The ideal candidate brings strong HR leadership experience, sound judgment, and the ability to manage both day-to-day administration and strategic workforce initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead employee relations efforts by addressing workplace concerns, guiding managers on personnel matters, and supporting fair, consistent resolutions.
• Oversee core HR administration, including maintaining employee records, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate processing of personnel changes.
• Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for questions related to eligibility, enrollment, and ongoing plan support.
• Manage onboarding activities to create a smooth transition for new hires and ensure completion of required employment documentation.
• Support 401(k) administration and coordinate related employee communications, enrollment processes, and record accuracy.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity by reviewing entries, updating employee information, and producing reports for business and compliance needs.
• Ensure HR practices remain aligned with applicable employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with hiring leaders to support talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting coordination, candidate evaluation, and hiring processes.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of human resources experience, including leadership responsibility across multiple HR functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management.
• Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee data.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes, 401(k) administration, and HR compliance standards.
• Background supporting talent acquisition and partnering with managers throughout the hiring cycle.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced business environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and apply sound judgment to employee matters.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired

• Bachelor's degree is a plus!
