This senior, player-coach leadership role is pivotal in setting and executing product strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product roadmap across both software and service layers, acting as the hands-on Product Manager for the core platform, and managing a small product team. Key responsibilities include defining the product vision, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks, as well as partnering with cross-functional teams to align on product direction and execution. The role also involves driving user research, feedback loops, and data analysis to inform decisions, leading release planning, and supporting go-to-market efforts. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of owning product strategy and being hands-on in execution. Strong experience in building and scaling B2B SaaS products is essential, as is deep familiarity with agile development and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, strong product intuition, and the ability to operate in a player-coach capacity. Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills are a must, and experience in logistics, marketplaces, or operationally complex industries is a bonus.
