Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift KIA in Montgomery

Job Description 2nd shift 430pm - 1am Monday - Friday Supervisors come in 20-30 minutes early to prepare for the shift & stay after the shift to send reports etc. Overtime and weekend work mandatory as needed. Tier One Supplier to Hyundai is seeking a new team member. Company offers great benefits. Pay: Depends on experience but will be between $18-$24ph to start. Responsibilities The main duties for this position are to oversee the day-to-day workflow of the production staff. Ensure timely execution of production processes with accuracy and efficacy in a challenging environment. Review and submit daily production reports in a timely manner. Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy. Perform required administrative tasks; prepares required reports and correspondence. Assist with inventory activities. Requirements Forklift Certified. Knowledge of automotive requirements/planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate level in Excel and Outlook or above. 2+ years of experience working as a Production Supervisor or other similar position. High School Diploma required; degree in a relevant area will be a bonus. You must be able to pass a hair drug screen.
