Financial Specialist

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing, and financial statement preparation for U.S. subsidiaries in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies. Participate in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights for cost optimization. Coordinate with U.S. banks, tax agents, and external auditors on cash management, tax filings, and annual audit support. Track and assist with applications for U.S. clean energy incentives, including documentation and rebate follow-ups. Review financial terms in procurement, sales, and service contracts for U.S. operations, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks. Support headquarters with financial data consolidation, internal/external audit requests, and ad-hoc financial analysis reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. U.S. CPA or CMA certification is a plus. 3-5 years of relevant finance experience in the U.S. manufacturing sector; backgrounds in chemical, new energy, or semiconductor materials industries are preferred.
