LVN, Community Health & Education Advocate
Avenue 360
Avenue 360 is a Federally Qualified Health Center in Houston, TX, delivering comprehensive nursing care and services that address medical needs as well as social determinants of health for diverse communities. The LVN role provides nursing services, executes orders from providers, educates patients, and coordinates with medical assistants while upholding the values and team culture of Avenue 360.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred; a Texas LVN license and BLS are required to join the
