Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of manufacturing assembly experience Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand and power tools Experience reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints TIG and MIG welding experience is a plus Knowledge of workplace safety procedures Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines Job Duties Assemble machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools Follow mechanical blueprints and assembly instructions to build equipment accurately Verify detailing and component specifications during assembly Assemble machines with minimal guidance from supervisors Scan jobs into Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systems Communicate production issues and concerns to the Lead or Supervisor Follow all safety procedures while handling equipment and machinery Identify and distinguish between parts, components, and detailing requirements Meet production schedules and project deadlines Move parts and components between departments according to traveler documentation Perform welding tasks as needed Complete other duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment. Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
