Job Summary As a Sales Associate at Carter’s, you will welcome families and assist them with our baby and children’s apparel, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment. Assist customers with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions. Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers. Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store. Qualifications A positive and solutions‑oriented mindset. Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills. Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and perform bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing or walking for extended periods, and climb ladders. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
