The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with proven experience administering Lenel OnGuard (strongly preferred), Hirsch Velocity, Genetec, and/or Avigilon platforms, along with supporting technologies such as Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, networking, and system integrations. Candidates should possess relevant industry certifications, particularly Lenel certification, and have a track record leading multi-site deployments, upgrades, and modernization projects while coordinating vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams. This individual will operate as a engineer capable of driving project delivery with minimal oversight while working under the strategic direction of a Principal Engineer Job Description: Position Overview Providence is seeking an experienced Service Engineer specializing in Physical Security Systems to support the design, implementation, modernization, maintenance, and operational support of enterprise access control and video management platforms across a large multi-state healthcare enterprise. This resource will serve as a technical expert responsible for delivering projects and operational improvements involving physical security technologies including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, identity integration, and related infrastructure. The engineer will work under the direction of a Principal Engineer and partner closely with Security Operations, Facilities, Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Project Management, and third-party integrators.
