Customer Service Representative

Job Overview The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. Roles & Responsibilities Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule Operate motorized cleaning equipment Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures Perform work assignments in a team with other employees Maintain clean work area Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules Take direction and respond to supervision Talk with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner Fill in during staff shortage Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items Use proper personal protective equipment Present a professional appearance and conduct Understand customer service and satisfaction Understand reporting systems, and the environment Title Customer Service Representative Qualification To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the knowledge, skills, and abilities represented below. Preferred experience: 3–6 months of training or experience in janitorial duties. Education and/or Experience: No specific education requirement; preferred training or experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license may be required; safety and task training certification completed; forklift certification may be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bilingual a plus Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Demands & Work Environment The physical demands include frequent sitting, talking, listening, and lifting or moving up to 35 pounds. The work environment includes conditions encountered while performing the essential functions of this job (details as per company policy).
