Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing care and operations on an assigned unit Supervise, support, and guide nursing staff Monitor resident care and clinical documentation Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team Promote compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN license required Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required Previous supervisory or unit leadership experience preferred Strong communication and clinical skills Compensation & Benefits $106,000-$110,000/year , based on experience and qualifications.
