This newly created Training Specialist role offers the chance to play a key role in shaping employee development programs while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and safety leaders in a growing manufacturing environment.

Target Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
Key Responsibilities for the Training Specialist:

• Lead new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee training initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Safety teams to train employees on equipment operation and workplace procedures.
• Develop and maintain training content, including Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and training materials.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to employee development and training effectiveness.

Qualifications for the Training Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with employee training, onboarding, or instructional development.
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.
