Open role for Bluffton, SC:
Maintenance Technician - $20 Hourly
Ensure all property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained in pristine condition. Respond to guest requests, perform repairs from work orders, complete preventative maintenance inspections, and maintain all safety equipment in compliance with company standards and local ordinances. Handle cleaning of interior and exterior areas including grounds, walkways, stairwells, and parking areas. Maintain organized work areas and manage tool inventory. May assist with pool or spa maintenance where applicable.
