Chart’s Assembler position plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Chart’s products. This position will be responsible for helping to produce high quality manufactured products used all over the world. We are hosting an ongoing Open Interview Day every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 9660 Grunwald Road, Beasley, TX 77417 . No appointment is necessary. Base Pay $18.00 What Will You Do? Assist in the assembly of air cooled heat exchangers Observe and practice safety procedures and policies Maintain required production and inspection records Operating cranes and forklifts This position requires availability for night/overnight shifts. Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking and occasional crawling Frequent pushing, pulling and handling of material Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions Repetitive hand movements during the assembly process Your Experience Should Be... Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment Familiarity with use of hand tools Understanding and use of basic blueprints Ability to use and understand various measuring devices Hydro testing preferred Our Benefits Package...
