Nurse Director Behavioral Health

Community hospital needing to bring on Director Behavioral Health! Full Relocation! Responsible for the overall management of the department’s goals and objectives, daily operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal, productivity, and patient satisfaction. Responsible for staff performance and the accomplishment of departmental responsibilities in accordance with corporate, hospital, department, and safety policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and supervising quality patient care and acting as a liaison with patients and their representatives, physicians, and employees. Responsible for the efficient operation of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (RN) Registered Nurse Bachelor's Degree Required Master’s Degree must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date Minimum of 5 Years Required of Director Behavioral Health Experience or a seasoned Manager with 5+ years in a current acute care setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC
