Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) at Silver Bluff facility, providing quality patient care in a compassionate environment. Key Responsibilities Follow physician's orders, regulations, and facility policies to ensure high-quality nursing care. Administer medications via various routes as prescribed. Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies. Assist physicians during rounds, examinations, and treatments. Perform scheduled treatments, document care, and adhere to infection control protocols. Support research efforts related to nursing quality and assist with patient records and assessments. Coordinate admissions, physicals, and ensure timely documentation. Qualifications & Skills Licensed RN from an accredited school, with a valid North Carolina license. CPR certified annually. Experience in geriatric nursing and providing compassionate patient care. Ability to supervise staff, make informed decisions, and work collaboratively with healthcare teams. Dependable, flexible, and tactful with patients, families, and colleagues. Willing to participate in ongoing training and staff meetings.
