Speech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to evaluate the speech and language abilities of patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with communication disorders Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding communication strategies and techniques Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid state license or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist or CFY Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and their treatment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Applicants outside the United States have the chance to get an H1 Visa and green card sponsorship.
