Join our healthcare partner in providing exceptional rehabilitative care to patients with physical functioning disorders. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based treatment interventions. Your role will be crucial in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain their independence.

• Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Administer rehabilitative treatments including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Document all required information in the electronic documentation system.
• Participate in patient care conferences and required meetings.
• Supervise and support students under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to APTA and State Required practice acts and ethics.

Requirements:

• Active State Licensure in Texas
• Need 1 year experience in setting (LTC or Rehab experience required)
• PTA license required
• New grads are welcome with Level II experience
