Laboratory Technician

In this role you will perform analytical tests and other laboratory related activities to assure the production and shipment of quality products. In this role you will be: Responsible for running entry level and/or routine analytical test procedures on samples submitted to the laboratory including: prepare samples for testing; carry out detailed instructions; coordinate simultaneous activities without loss of meaningful results; maintain accurate records of measurements; make appropriate observations involved in work assignments; recognize when additional advice or help is needed; distribute results according to issued instructions or procedures. Assisting in other laboratory activities as needed. Performing quality and quantity of work to company standards. Creating a safe and pleasant work environment and follow company safety procedures and policies. Requirements Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience and training. Must be able to follow instructions, perform technical tasks using a variety of laboratory equipment and computers Ability to work in the team and collaborate cross functionally.
