Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for a diverse caseload, including pediatric patients and adults, within outpatient and mixed acute care contexts
- Implement evidence-based PT interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life; adapt plans as patient needs evolve
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and referrals; communicate progress with patients, families, and care providers
- Document assessments, goals, treatment progress, and outcomes in the patient record; ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of safety and infection control
- Participate in unit-based programs such as acute care and swing bed services as required; maintain flexibility to meet patient load and department needs

Requirements
- Pediatric therapy experience required
- No new graduates for this assignment
- Experience with outpatient therapy; exposure to acute care and swing bed programs beneficial
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and accurate, timely documentation
