Duties: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information. Assist with medical procedures such as wound care, suture removal, and specimen collection. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Perform case management duties, including coordinating referrals and follow-up care. Provide occupational health services, including physical examinations and health assessments. Assist in the development and implementation of health promotion programs. Provide basic life support in emergency situations.

Requirements: Valid LPN license in the state of [Location]. Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred. Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, such as Athenahealth. Knowledge of medical documentation standards and practices. Familiarity with case management principles and practices. Experience in occupational health is a plus. Ability to perform physical examinations and health assessments. Basic life support certification required. Knowledge of coding systems (e.g., ICD-10) is desirable. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
