VP Leveraged Finance & Acquisitions (New York)

Fourfound is currently partnering with a Global Investment Bank on a Vice President search within a high-performing Leveraged Finance & Acquisitions team.

This is an opportunity to work across a broad mix of sponsor-backed LBOs, acquisition financings, high-yield bond issuances and structured TMT transactions, including digital infrastructure, AI and data centers.

You'll take a lead role in transaction execution & support heavily on origination while working directly with private equity sponsors, infrastructure funds and corporate clients.

The Foufound Group is looking to speak with professionals who have experience in:

• Leveraged Finance, Acquisition Finance or TMT Financing
• LBOs, M&A financings and High Yield debt execution
• Financial modelling, credit analysis and valuation
• Structuring and executing complex financing transactions
• Managing client relationships and mentoring junior team members
