Community Hospital South has an excellent opportunity available within our main Operating Room located in Indianapolis (Greenwood area), IN. Responsibilities Scrub on a variety of surgical cases. Assist the surgeons and anticipate needs. Possess knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Surgical Technology from a CAAHEP accredited program of Surgical Technology preferred. 1 year of Operating Room experience preferred. Certified Surgical Technologist preferred, or required within 6 months of hire. Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills are required. Demonstrates ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task with a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness. Takes direction well but also self-directed and motivated. #J-18808-Ljbffr
