• Join a collaborative team of Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians

• Patient-focused care across clinic, hospital, nursing home, and outreach sites

• Referral fees available for qualified candidates

• Full-Time: 1.0 FTE: 36 patient contact hours (32 if including inpatient rounding)
\n
• Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM; Saturday Walk-In 9:30 AM–12 PM
\n
• Average Patients/Day: 18–20
\n
• Average Procedures/Day: 1–2
\n
• OB Care: Pre/post-natal care for 80–100 patients/year; deliveries via shared-care with OB/GYN
\n

\n
• Facility: 50-bed Critical Access Hospital
\n
• Inpatient Census: ~8 patients/day
\n
• Emergency Room Volume: 8–12 patients per 24-hour shift
\n
• Call Coverage: \n
\n
• Primary: Weekdays, weekends, holidays (3–4 days/month)
\n
• Backup: 8–10 days/month
\n

• Clinic, hospital, and nursing home/assisted living on one campus Onsite Services: \n
