Customer Service Representative
Nytech Heating, Cooling & Plumbing started with just two guys and a couple of vans doing duct work. Over the years, we've built, expanded, and grown into a trusted home service company known for delivering exceptional customer experiences. About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people. Whether you're experienced or just starting your career, if you enjoy talking to customers and being part of a team, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and assist customers with questions about services
- Become knowledgeable about our products and services to confidently assist customers
- Maintain and manage ESA (membership) programs
- Perform "happy calls" and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately take and relay messages
- Escalate customer concerns to management when needed
- Represent and promote the Nytech brand in every interaction
- Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned
