Job Title: Travel RN - Pediatric CVOR OR Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00-19:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an operating room setting License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred) Must-Have: - 2 years of operating room experience - Ability to function in multiple service lines Description: We are seeking a travel RN with expertise in pediatric cardiovascular operating room procedures. The unit consists of 8 operating rooms and a dedicated team of approximately 25 staff members. Staff includes charge RNs, RNs, surgical technologists, and anesthesia providers. The hours of operation are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Patient ratios are typically 1:1 during procedures. All types of equipment are utilized, including Belmont rapid infusion systems. Electronic medical records are managed through Meditech. The unit performs a variety of procedures, including orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general surgery, gynecology, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac surgeries. Candidates with pediatric CVOR or cardiac experience will be given priority consideration. We value good teamwork and support from leadership in our service line.
