Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Will work at Samaritan Albany General Hospital, Good Samaritan regional medical center- Corvallis, OR; Lebanon Community Hospital, Lebanon OR
Albany is a level 3 trauma center and Corvallis is a level 2 trauma center; Lebanon is a critical access hospital
Needing Coverage as Soon as Possible (October Start)
Shifts:
8-10 hour weekday OR shifts + call (Albany)
10 hour shifts + call (Corvallis)
Call is 12 hours
Call Details
Call back volume is low and call is from home. Most nights not working past 9pm, with occasional call back for epidurals. For full time staff average one night a week one weekend a month. No set rotation. (Albany)
Mostly Inpatient Setting - 75% Inpatient/25% Outpatient
To support current staff with call burden and current FTE shortages
Patient Load:
Albany/Lebanon: 1-5
Corvallis: 1-5 in main OR, GI room can be up to 10
All care by CRNAs is provided in an independent practice model. Ratio of CRNAs to physicians varies day to day
EMR: Epic
Pediatric and Adult - No Neonatal
Procedures:
General, Sedation, Vent Management, Surgical Cases, Obstetrical Cases, Vascular Surgery Cases, Orthopedic Cases, Spinal Block, Epidural, Nerve Block, Intravenous Regional Anesthesia, Arterial Line, Central Line, Regional Anesthesia
Must have 1 year of CRNA experience
Prefers CRNAs that can cover Call as well
No Cardiac Coverage Needed
Must have an OR License
Must be willing to get DEA/CSR
Will cover travel expenses
