Role Description This full‑time on‑site Physician Liaison is based in Lufkin, TX. The Liaison builds and maintains strong relationships with healthcare providers, drives referral growth, and represents A Pineywoods Home Health within the medical community. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with physicians, conducting training sessions, collaborating on strategies to increase patient referrals, and promoting services to meet organizational goals. The role requires proactive communication, coordination, and a customer‑focused approach. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship‑building skills to engage healthcare providers and stakeholders effectively. Experience working with physicians and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. Proficiency in sales to promote services and drive referral growth. Capable of providing training to healthcare professionals on organizational processes and services. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a collaborative team mindset.
