The Project Manager facilitates the execution of project/program solution plan for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs. This role requires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects considered small to medium in complexity with financial impact between $100K and $2.5M. . As a Project Manager, you will: Have fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction. Be responsible for delivery of results for the respective process steps. Guide technical or administrative staff. Act as a functional process resource on projects or programs Contribute to continuous improvement plan. Perform active role in maintaining functionally focused client relationships. Be responsible for several small projects. Review project specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to establish project intent. Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team. Identify time-sensitive installation needs. Manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects. Review plans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews. Assist Operations Manager in the solicitation and contracting of subcontractors.
