Full Stack Developer

Position Overview Ntegral is seeking a Full Stack Developer to own the development and ongoing support of our software product suite. The core applications are already built and tested; this person will manage feature updates, support product launches, and build new tools as the product line grows. This is a hands-on development role in a lean, fast-moving environment where AI tools are a standard part of the development workflow. The ideal candidate thinks critically and solves complex problems independently, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions without requiring close direction. They absorb new technologies and frameworks quickly, adapt comfortably to change and ambiguity, and bring consistent follow-through to their commitments. They work collaboratively across engineering, product, and marketing functions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and thoroughness across code, testing, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, andmaintainsoftware applications across both front-end and back-end systems Modify and enhance existing applications to improve performance, add features, and adapt to evolving requirements Analyze user needs and system requirements todeterminefeasibility and scope of development work Develop and execute software testing and validation procedures to ensure quality and reliability Collaborate with the Product Manager and Senior DevOps Lead to align development timelines with product launch cycles Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively Document technical specifications, system updates, and development processes Stay current with emerging technologies, AI development tools, and cloud-native best practices Technical Requirements Proficiencyin front-end technologies (React, TypeScript,Next.jsor equivalent) Proficiencyin back-end development (Go, Node.js,C#, or equivalent) Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) AI literacyisrequired. Must be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools, writing and refining prompts, and critically evaluating AI-generated output as a standard part of workflows Experience with RESTful APIs and database management (SQL and/or NoSQL) Preferred Qualifications Azure certification (AZ-204 Developer Associate or equivalent) Familiarity withhyperscalermarketplace publishing environments (Azure, AWS, OCI, or GCP) Experience building and launching enterprise-grade applications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack development experience required, with demonstrated ability to own and deliver software products end-to-end. Location/Work Arrangement This is anAtlanta, GA-based role. Reasonable commute to the office is required; in-office four days per week initially, with flexibility as the role matures.
