NEW STARTING RATE: $17-19/Hour Press Operator - B shift We are currently seeking a Press Operator - B shift to support our manufacturing operations in our facility at Warren, MI. This role is critical to ensuring that high-quality parts are produced according to customer specifications and internal standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate press equipment safely and efficiently Review and interpret quality alerts and part specifications before starting a job Perform first‑piece inspections and compare against approved first articles Accurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logs Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issues Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Willingness to adhere to all safety and quality procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Work Environment & Expectations: Manufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, dirty. Substantial physical effort – extensive reaching, lifting, stretching, bending, and twisting. Stop production if the 3‑5‑10 rule or set process doesn't result in a quality product. Schedule: Week 1: Monday‑Wednesday: 12:00 pm‑6:15 pm / Thursday & Friday: OFF / Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 am‑6:15 pm Week 2: Monday‑Wednesday: 12:00 pm‑6:15 pm / Thursday & Friday: 6:00 am‑6:15 pm / Saturday & Sunday: OFF Why work at MMI?
