Transmission Line Supervisor | REMOTE in the U.S. $140,000-170,000 | 5-8 Years of Transmission Line Experience | P.E. Preferred A growing power delivery engineering organization is seeking a Senior/Lead Transmission Line Engineer to support an expanding portfolio of utility, renewable energy, and grid modernization projects across North America. This is a unique opportunity to join a team experiencing significant growth, with multiple project awards and pursuits driving a strong backlog for the coming years. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in overhead transmission line design and be interested in taking on greater technical leadership, project ownership, client interaction, and mentoring responsibilities. Key Highlights Remote flexibility available Flexible compensation based on experience and background Opportunity to lead high-voltage transmission projects from concept through construction Direct client interaction and increased project ownership Ability to mentor junior engineers and help shape a growing team Strong pipeline of transmission work and long-term growth opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 5-8+ years of transmission line engineering experience Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, EIT required Experience with overhead transmission line design Proficiency with PLS-CADD required Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of NESC and utility design standards
