Physical Therapist - Days Only, Big Sky, MontanaBig Sky, MontanaAssignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.ScheduleDays only, 5x8s, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch.Job DescriptionThis position exists to provide excellent physical therapy services. The purpose of this position is to evaluate patients, establish and implement a plan of care based upon evaluation findings, and provide health and wellness education.ResponsibilitiesEvaluates physical and functional status of patients and establishes & implements an appropriate plan of care within the scope of Physical Therapy Practice.Documents initial evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, daily treatment, education, and discharge summaries within compliance of rehab policies.Educates patients, families, and caregivers in strategies to manage pain, improve safety and function, and educates regarding individualized plan of care.Identifies issues regarding patient safety and follows through with processes to accomplish safety for all involved (family, caregiver, patient).Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureBachelor Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.Montana Licensure as a Physical Therapist.American Heart Association BLS Certification.Participation in two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
