Physical Therapist - RehabilitationSchedule: Days: Mon-Fri Time: 7:30 am to 4:00 pmAssignment Details: Contract Length: 26 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Not specifiedRequirements:Active Hawaii State LicenseMinimum 2 years of experience in Outpatient and Acute settings working with adultsBLS certification from American Red CrossFamiliarity with EMR: Net Health Therapy and MeditechRoles & Responsibilities:Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients, both as Outpatients and Inpatients.Plan and implement therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by the physician.Update treatment plans and home exercise programs regularly.Independently manage a full caseload and determine the need for re-evaluations based on insurance authorization.Provide coverage in both Rehabilitation and Acute Rehabilitation settings.Available to work on Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on operations.Compliance / Notes:Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment on Friday.Required to have the Hawaii license by the start of assignment.Client Details: City Hilo State HI
