Assembly Worker

Location: Cedar Springs, MI   Shift: 1st Shift   Pay: $16/hr

Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an  Assembly Worker to join our team in  Cedar Springs, MI . In this role, you'll be a vital part of our production operations, building and assembling products for the office, medical, home, and industrial industries in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As an  Assembly Worker , your core responsibilities will include:

Work order and blueprint review : Understand specifications and instructions for each project.

Product assembly : Build and assemble components accurately for various industries.

Quality checks : Inspect products to ensure they meet company standards.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, collaborate with team members, and may listen to music with one earbud while working.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Good hand dexterity.
Ability to perform quality checks reliably.

Skills:

Teamwork : Collaborates effectively with coworkers to meet production goals.

Communication : Clearly follows instructions and communicates with the team.

Organization : Maintains a clean, efficient workspace and follows work orders accurately.
