Night Shift/Production Lead Manufacturing

We are seeking a Night Shift/Production Lead (Manufacturing) to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of 5-9 production workers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of a production team
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate personnel
• Inspect all materials, finished product, and equipment to detect defects and flaws
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Report to management regarding issues, concerns, and potential improvements
• Jump in to move material when there is a gap
• Monitor productivity and ensure that production goals are met

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment (CNC machines and welding tools)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Physically capable of routine on the shop floor
• Dependable with strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
