Key Responsibilities & Duties: Organize and catalog documents in various formats Utilize scanning software to scan documents and images into Windows Explorer Ensure quality and consistency in data indexing Retrieve imaged information for operational needs Communicate effectively with team members Follow oral and written instructions accurately Required Qualifications & Experience: General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Outlook Experience operating scanning equipment Proven ability to modify and maintain data indexes Strong verbal and written communication skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Previous scanning experience Experience in a fast-paced work environment Ability to perform minor equipment adjustments 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Imaging Specialist opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
