Job Summary Reporting to the Store Manager, stylists provide a customer‑centric, proactive experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations. Core Responsibilities Suggest looks that merge the latest trends and current promotions, aligning with Levi’s® service approach. Promote the Levi’s® omni‑experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program. Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, collaborating with store management on elevated issues. Handle cash and merchandise operations—including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment—while complying with store policy. Comply with all Levi’s® Stores policy, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management. Leadership Support Provide coaching and modeling to deliver the ultimate consumer experience. Deliver a proactive and creative approach, embodying the brand’s values. Qualifications Fashion savvy with an interest in current trends. Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders. Reliable transportation. Minimum age 16.
