As a member of our Bakery Sales Staff, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with their orders and providing friendly, attentive service.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately at the register.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the front counter and display cases.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring our baked goods are beautifully presented.
• Answering customer inquiries about our products and ingredients.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

We’re seeking candidates who have a passion for customer service and a love for baked goods. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or food service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable attitude and a willingness to help.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, specifically from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM .
• A commitment to providing exceptional service to every customer.
