Salon Leader

Role Description The Salon Team Leader will oversee daily operations and ensure smooth salon functionality while supporting team members in delivering high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, training, inventory control, customer service, and meeting salon performance goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based Massillon, Ohio. Qualifications Leadership and managerial skills, including team management and training capabilities. Must possess a valid Cosmetology License through the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology. Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure exceptional client experiences and team collaboration. Operational expertise in scheduling, inventory management, and achieving performance targets. Adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the beauty and salon industry, with styling and salon experience being advantageous. Proficiency in handling salon software applications is preferred.
