Medical Assistant

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently seeking a Medical Assistant for a Primary Care/Family Medicine department in Bourne, MA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a Medical Assistant who is comfortable working in a primary care setting and providing direct clinical support to patients and providers.

Assignment Details

• Location: Bourne, MA 02532

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

• Employment Type: Temp-Hire

• Pay Rate: $ 24.34/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits

• Obtain and document manual vital signs

• Perform accurate medication reconciliation

• Assist with day-to-day clinical workflow in a primary care/family medicine office

• Enter and update patient information using computer systems

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Support providers and clinical staff as needed

• Follow established patient care, safety, and confidentiality procedures

Required Qualifications

• Completion of Medical Assistant training

• Comfortable obtaining manual vital signs

• Experience with medication reconciliation

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn electronic healthcare systems

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced primary care environment
